BRIGADOON VACATION RENTALS

Kathryn has over 20 years experience with residential property management. From condos and apartments to luxury estates, she knows how important your investment is to you. She's a "jill-of-all-trades" and can manage anything from maintenance and leasing to bookkeeping and legal compliance!

FINANCE

Sarah is personable, yet can work with facts and figures all day long. This makes her the go to for any questions about your ledger, or to help get things done via computer or the phone.

Elizabeth is here to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals and dreams. She also consults with owners about their real estate investment options.

The vendors they use for repairs charge reasonable rates and do quality work from what we can tell. Repairs are dealt with in a timely fashion, we never have to ask "is this done yet?" or check up on Blue Sage. Additionally, the monthly statements are clear and concise with enough detail that someone can tell what work was or wasn't completed. We drive by the property Blue Sage manages regularly and things seem to be okay. The neighbors tell us that the tenants are wonderful as well.
